At first glance, these images look like an intimate set of snapshots photos. However, these touching shower scenes were not captured by a camera - but amazingly painted by the hand of a New York artist, the 31-year-old women, Alyssa Monks .

Apollo: Submitted by Kristina U. - "This is a picture of my Portuguese Water Dog, Apollo, at about 5 months old. We used to leave his food out on the counter so that we could use his food as rewards during training. However, one day, we caught him red-handed and I quickly grabbed my camera to get this shot. He had climbed up onto his crate to reach his food bowl. Pretty soon after that, we moved his crate realizing he tried to get everything we left on the counter."
