Gustavo Rojas, an opposition candidate for Venezuelan parliament, has decided to take a unique approach to campaign financing: he’s offering free breast implants as a prize to help raise election funds. “Some people raffle TVs and we decided to offer this”, Rojas said. “The raffle is a financing mechanism, nothing else. The doctor will be performing the operation, not me.”
Cosmetic surgery is on the rise in image-conscious Venezuela, so if a politician is giving his constituents what they want, and the ladies get what they want, then I say live and let live. Just remember the golden rule, Rojas: pics or it didn’t happen…
