The 5th annual Miss International Queen pageant is scheduled to be held in the beautiful city of Pattaya, Thailand on October 26th -31st, 2009, and Japan’s Haruna Ai wins Miss International Queen 2009. The Miss International Queen transsexuals and transvestites contest is aimed at the promotion of tolerance and positive attitude towards transsexuals and transvestites.
